**1. User Permissions:**
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of our content, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, is strictly prohibited.

**2. Payment Methods:**
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required at the time of booking for individual consultations and webinars, and at the time of purchase for video courses.

**3. Changes to Offerings:**
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services, including financial counseling, coaching, webinars, individual consultations, and video courses, at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes.

**4. Warranties:**
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our content or services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

**5. Intellectual Property Rights:**
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SPARK INFO and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

**6. Account Suspension or Cancellation:**
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unauthorized use of our services. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

**7. Individual Consultations:**
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and paid for at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. We strive to provide high-quality consultations, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

**8. Webinars:**
Webinar registrations must be paid for in advance. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Access to recorded sessions will be provided to those who cannot attend live. Technical issues must be reported immediately.

**9. Video Course Downloads:**
All sales of video course downloads are final. Refunds will not be provided unless the file is defective or corrupted. Issues with video purchases must be reported within 7 days for a replacement.

**10. Governing Law:**
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
